Doing something with your hands
A team gets to know each other better by doing something together than by listening to someone talk about teamwork. That is why there are no facilitated team games here: there is a paella that turns out well or not, a piece of clay rising on the potter’s wheel and a night of flamenco.
Everything happens inside the estate. Nobody gets on a coach.

Valencian paella class
Over mandarin wood, with José Zafra, chef. About four hours.

Argentine asado
Over mandarin wood, for groups of seven or more. 6 h 30 to 7 h on the fire (6 h hanging); the meal, with its starter and lingering at the table, 1 h 30 to 2 h 30 more.

Nothing to organise
What happens between one activity and the next
The eighteenth-century billiard table, table tennis, the pool, the wood-fired hot tub and seven hectares to walk. Nothing to organise or ask for: it is there and gets used whenever you feel like it.
What people ask
Do we have to stay at the villa?
No. On a retreat they take place during the stay. From November to February they are also offered on one-day company days, Monday to Thursday, except for the two weeks of the Christmas holidays.
Can they be combined?
Yes. For example, the paella class at midday and the flamenco after dinner.
How much notice is needed?
They are agreed before arrival. The sooner you tell us, the better.
For how many people?
7 to 14 on a retreat, up to 28 on a company day. The asado, from seven.
Can you cater for special diets?
Yes. Tell us what each person needs and we will prepare it.
