Cancellation policy

Payment

The full amount of the booking is paid at the time of confirmation. Weddings follow their own format, with different payment and cancellation terms set out in their quote.

Early booking discount

Bookings confirmed one hundred and eighty (180) days or more before the arrival date qualify for an early booking discount, shown in your quote or booking confirmation.

Cancellation 90 days or less before arrival

No refund of the amounts paid.

Cancellation between 91 and 179 days before arrival

No refund of the amounts paid. The dates of the stay may be changed, subject to availability. This date-change option does not apply when the booking includes a celebration (see below).

Cancellation 180 days or more before arrival

The amount paid for the holiday rental is refunded. This refund never includes the amount paid for the basic celebration service (see below).

Basic celebration service

Only those who stay overnight at the property, within the maximum capacity of 16 people, are considered guests. Any additional person who does not stay overnight is considered part of a celebration (party, hen or stag do, gathering or wedding), subject to the basic celebration service.

The amount for this service is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of when the cancellation is notified, as it covers the coordination, supplier management and preparation work that begins as soon as the booking is confirmed. The dates of this service cannot be changed under any circumstances. If the booking is cancelled, the service is automatically cancelled, with no refund of the amount paid for it.
