A place where nobody interrupts
A leadership team needs three things: that nobody walks in, that nobody listens and that nobody is in a hurry to vacate the room.
At the villa there is no other group, no concierge and no lunch service forcing you to clear up at one. The estate is seven hectares: you cannot see the neighbour’s house because there is no neighbour’s house. A conversation in the garden is a private conversation.
Everyone can see each other
The table
The dining room seats 16 and the long table on the porch, 14. It is the size of a board: everyone can see and hear each other without raising their voice.
Teams mostly meet in three places: the projector room, with its screen and sound; the sitting room with the large table; and the garden room, enclosed and climate-controlled, which is also used for meeting outside suppliers.
And when the meeting splits into groups, each part has its own place: the garden room, the library, the marble table by the pool or the cactus courtyard.

What gets decided in the meeting gets finished at dinner. Here dinner is at home, and afterwards the conversation carries on by the fire. Nobody takes the car back to a hotel.

7 to 14 sleeping. For a day meeting, up to 16 at the dining table and 28 in the garden room.
Can it be done in a single day?
Yes, as a day without an overnight stay, Monday to Thursday and from November to February, except for the two weeks of the Christmas holidays. How a company day works.

Mesh fibre, three wired network points and a 5G backup with twenty hours of battery.
Do you invoice the company?
Yes, with VAT itemised. You book directly with us, with no intermediaries.
What if something unexpected comes up?
There is a team you can reach twenty-four hours a day throughout the stay. We have found emergency flights and driven guests to other airports when a strike cancelled theirs.
