The house was always there, or at least it has been for the past 500 years. Being passed down from generation to generation, each one being tasked with the duty of guarding this magical estate. Now, the torch has been handed over to us; the responsibility of preserving this piece of history rests upon our shoulders.
It remains unsure whether we found the villa, or if the villa found us. What we do know is that we’ve been searching for it for our entire lives. So from the first moment we saw it, we knew that this would be the place for us to build our lives, and live our dreams. We knew right there, that this would be our home.
With the shared effort of our family, we have successfully been restoring and modernizing the home without compromising its identity. Revitalizing the various antiquities around the estate to reiterate the home’s historical significance, and simultaneously improve quality of life through the implementation of modern technologies.
Step by step, we are transforming Villa Paula into a haven in which culture, history, wellbeing, and love intersect.
Whoever visits us will doubt whether they’ve entered a museum, a country house, a modern house, or an ecolodge. The point is that Villa Paula is all of these things for us, and we do not doubt that it will be so for anyone who visits us.
